message_ix_models.model.buildings.report.report0(scenario: Scenario, filters: dict) → DataFrame[source]

Report buildings final energy.

This function descends from logic in reporting_EFC.py in the MESSAGE_Buildings repository. It is suspected the values could be incorrect, because ACT is not multiplied by input. Per callback(); the values returned are not currently stored as time series data, or used further.
